These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QurlRadar (“Service”), operated by QurlRadar, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
QurlRadar is a SaaS lead generation platform that analyzes publicly available posts on Reddit and HackerNews to identify potential customers for your software product. The Service uses artificial intelligence to score purchase intent and generate suggested outreach messages (“DM drafts”).
You are solely responsible for how you use any information or DM drafts generated by the Service. QurlRadar does not send messages on your behalf and is not liable for any communications you initiate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
QurlRadar processes publicly available data from third-party platforms solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
By using the Service, you grant QurlRadar a limited license to process your account data and any URLs you submit to provide, improve, and maintain the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be terminated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
To request immediate account deletion and data erasure, email support@qurlradar.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QurlRadar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to QurlRadar in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
