1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QurlRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including founders, companies, and agencies.

2. Description of Service

QurlRadar is a SaaS lead generation platform that scans publicly available posts on Reddit and Hacker News, uses AI to evaluate purchase intent, and generates personalized outreach messages. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QurlRadar only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited spam or abusive messages
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting leads
• Use the Service to collect data for purposes other than your own legitimate sales outreach
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse API endpoints, or overload our systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute QurlRadar data without written permission
• Violate Reddit's, Hacker News's, or any platform's terms of service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

4. Outreach Responsibility

QurlRadar provides tools to draft outreach messages. You are solely responsible for any messages you send to leads. You must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and each platform's messaging policies. QurlRadar is not liable for your outreach communications.

5. Subscription and Billing

QurlRadar is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of a charge for unused service
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

6. Intellectual Property

The QurlRadar platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of QurlRadar and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. Lead data you generate through the Service is owned by you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

QurlRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads found will result in sales. AI-generated scores and messages are suggestions only — you are responsible for verifying their accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QurlRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service and your data will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
